Sneha has been part of the Finance Industry for a couple of years now and has rapidly established a strong reputation. Before entering the Finance sector, she had an extensive career as a Government Official, working with various agencies across Australia.
My primary motivation stems from the desire to assist people, but more specifically providing women with financial guidance and support to build financial confidence and make smart money moves in their lives when purchasing/ investing.
Sneha is a respected community figure and the Board Director for the AustralAsian Centre for Human Rights and Health, a Not-for-Profit organisation dedicated to developing creative strategies for enhancing the safety and resilience of families. This entity serves as a legal aid provider collaborating with the Indian High Commission in Australia to provide guidance on issues concerning community mental health and overall wellness.
Renowned for being a pioneering force, Sneha has gained recognition for their ability to drive successful transformations in various projects and establish trust with executive teams, board members, and staff. Handpicked from a pool of government officials, Sneha was 1 of 20 Government Sector Executives selected for their potential to undergo training led by influential female executives in Victoria. It is worth noting that this program has received the endorsement of the Honourable Minister Hutchins of Victoria.
Sneha has successfully led teams both domestically and internationally, showcasing her operational expertise. With her diverse educational background in Law, Psychology, and Information Technology, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of both daily operations and overall business processes. Her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that the clients' needs are always prioritised. Sneha finds pleasure in spending quality time with her family, indulging in thriller suspense movies, painting, dancing and organising events gatherings when not at work.
